CPAA’s HOPE Program cannot take dogs into our Program directly from owners. However, if you find yourself needing to surrender your dogs, please contact one of our rescue partners listed below, or search for rescues and shelters in your local area on Petfinder or ShelterLuv websites.
If you are a current rescue partner, or would like to become a rescue partner, are within one hour of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, and have a dog that you feel would benefit from CPAA’s HOPE Program, please complete the below form and submit the $50 non-refundable fee. This fee goes to help cover the cost of sending a trainer to meet your rescue and evaluate the dog for the Program. Payment of this fee does NOT ensure your dog’s admittance to the Program.
The HOPE Program cannot take dogs who have a human bite history, nor dogs that are dog-aggressive. If you have questions or are unsure what this means, please complete the form below and the HOPE Trainer will contact you.
