Romeo
Romeo is an 8 year old, super chill dude. He's good with men, women, kids, dogs, cats. He's huge, 73lbs and THICK, sorta short, with floppy satellite dishes for ears. He's potty trained, crate trained, knows a few commands and pulls a little on the leash. He also gives the BEST side eye when you've either done something stupid or he's thinking about flopping down on you to force some affection and attention. Romeo lost the only home he's ever known when their youngest child developed allergies and the family was forced to re-home all their pets. Romeo was the only one who didn't find a soft spot to land, so he found himself without many options until Rowquin Animal Rescue and HOPE stepped up to help this guy!

This week has been great for Romeo. He has found a home that he can call his own!! Since Romeo has been in the HOPE program he has made a lot of dog friends and human friends. The day that I got Romeo I just knew he would not be here long. He is well respected, he has great manners, he is lovable, playful, and so dang on cute. For the short time that Romeo has been here he has touched so many people who have been falling for him since day one. All I can say is that my boy will have a great life with the new family that he has found. You will be missed with love from all of us!

It is week two with Romeo, he is really a great dog. Romeo loves people to death he just wants to be everywhere they are. Strangers and people he knows – it does not matter to him. Romeo just LOVES attention. Every dog that he meets he thinks of them as a friend. Romeo is the most laid back dog with a BIG HEART. He has a lot of love to give and so much of life in him for him to share his love to anyone he comes in contact with. All he needs is a home with a family where he can share his love and live happy.
Romeo is dog friendly and people CRAZY. He doesn’t need much training, but needs to walk a little better on a leash with the person who is walking him.
